Det will be tough for nätshoppingjätten to break into the Swedish streamingmarknaden.

and with Amazon Prime’s launch in the week get the Swedish tv-audience one more player to join. But four years after Netflix and HBO Nordic was established in the Nordic countries, and with industry-leading SVT Play as a competitor, will be tough to break into the market. During the third quarter of the year achieved the Netflix one million users in Sweden, according to figures from the company Mediavision.

It Amazon is that the willingness to pay for streamed tv is good, in particular, is the growth right now in the older target groups. But unlike Netflix well tv-series-range (on the film-page is the worse), there are not very many interesting titles. The main means is the popular bilmagasinet "The grand tour", with former "Top gear"-men Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. And this is, of course, other original titles from Amazon, as the critically acclaimed "Transparent" and "Mozart in the jungle ‘ – the problem is that the rights to some of the series have already been sold to other companies. This means that none of the latest seasons of the latter series can be seen on Amazon Prime today.

the Same thing applies for the second season of the Amazon series "The man in The high castle", after Philip K Dick’s counterfactual novel about an alternate future where Germany and Japan been victorious from the second world war and occupied the united states. Series, the american premiere on december 16.
