Expelled after försäkringsmiss – Aftonbladet

Work. A miss from a previous employer started the wheels in an uncompromising bureaucracy. Systemutvecklaren Tayyab Shabab is highly coveted in the Swedish labour market. He has a steady job, home and a dream of a future in Sweden. About three weeks, he must leave the country.

In a growing industry that is crying out for labour is Tayyab Shabab game on the plains. It has gone quickly for the 27-year-old programmer from Lahore in eastern Pakistan. He came to Sweden in 2013 as a student to take a master’s degree at linnaeus university in Växjö. – I’m not angry at my former employer. As soon as I got the news from the Swedish migration board, I called him and he has tried to set things right. I do not think he has done anything wrong, but I think that it is the fault of the system, ” says Tayyab Shabab.

“Prevent the expansion”

Dynamos ceo Mathias Planck describes Tayyab Shabab as “one of the sharpest developers in Sweden” and calls his competence for the “almost unique”. The company has employees from 25 countries and growing rapidly. Right now, the recruiting Dynamo of the five or six new developers each month.
