Sentenced for Bobby’s death – suspected child pornography offenses – Göteborgs-Posten

Sweden Ten years ago, he was convicted guilty of his ten year old step-son Bobby’s death.
 Now suspected stepfather, who is now in his 50s, for child pornography offenses under P4 Jönköping.

The ten year old boy Bobby’s fate touched the whole of Sweden. On 29 January 2006 the boy was reported missing by her mother and her partner. The couple called the notification from a parking lot on Hisingen in Gothenburg.

But the disabled boy was not missing. 14 days later he was found dead on the ground wrapped in heavy chains, off a jetty in Lake Lovsjö south of Jönköping.

During interrogation before the court hearing the mother opened up and told me about Bobby’s tragic fate.

The mother told me that she moved with Bobby from Stenungsund to her new husband in a small town in Småland in 2005.

The stay in Småland became a nightmare for Bobby who suffered one torture similar assault after another.

According to the investigation, he was including electric shocks to the genital area. He was also kicked, beaten and smeared with feces in the face, and burned with cigarettes. To avoid torture Bobby often slept in the chicken coop outside the rigid father’s residence.

Around year-end 2005/2006 dried likely Bobby’s body no more after being subjected to abuse. When his body was found lifeless in the snow outside the home were dumped, he finally in the bottom of the lake.

As the school wondered why Bobby has been away a long time needed stepfather and the mother come up with an explanation.

The couple then went to Gothenburg where Bobby was reported as missing in the parking lot outside of a shopping mall.

After seeing the images from surveillance cameras from a gas station in Gothenburg police suspected early on that the story was not true when Bobby is not in sight at the pictures of the couple’s trip.

Bobby’s stepfather since he was sentenced renamed. In 2012 he was discharged from his sentence.

According P4 Jönköping suspected he now once again the crime. This time, to have been guilty of child pornography offenses.

The suspicion is that he should have received the images consisting of the child porn on their mobile phones during 2013 and 2014. After the police seized his phone last summer, digital forensics managed to restore the deleted images.

New folkblad writes that the investigation in the first instance was shut down, but it is now once again resumed by the police. According to the newspaper the police now plan to hold new hearings with the man.
