Apple’s IOS academy in Naples will open in October – MacWorld

the first of what Apple hopes will be several iOS development academies around the world will accept its first students in October, and held in collaboration with the Università di Napoli Federico II.

that it was Naples, we already knew, since Apple revealed plans for the academy in January, but now the words both the start of the course and the school revealed.

the course is held in app development is two semesters from October to June. The first semester is about programming and other technical subjects, while the other deals with entrepreneurship and design.

The intake for the autumn course is 200 students, and the education is free for EU citizens. An entrance examination is done online, and is followed by an admissions interview. If you are interested, you can learn more and sign up here.
