Terror Contents of Microsoft’s sight – Västerbotten Courier

IT giant Microsoft has adopted a new policy aimed weapon at what the company describes as “terrorist content”.

In a blog post describing the company how the type of content will be removed in including gaming network X-box live, email service Outlook, and its document-sharing service.

Users will be able to report any terrorist content, but Microsoft is also developing technology that searches for and select content such as images, audio and video.

According to the post is “terrorist content” such as published by or in support of the organizations of the United Nations terrorist list and that depict violence, inciting violence, supports terrorist organizations or acts of terrorism, and calls for the connection of terror groups.

Search Engine Bing is not covered by the new policy, then the company in this case refers to freedom of expression.
