April hit record highs globally – Västerbotten Courier

April 2016 was by far the warmest April month ever recorded worldwide, according to figures from the American space agency Nasa.

In the seven months in a row, it has now been highs, the April figure also shows the largest increase ever, compared with April of the year before, reports the Guardian. Even heat records in February and March showed a record margin.

The figures from NASA show that the average temperature was 1.1 degrees higher in April compared to the average temperature in April 1951-81.
