Kanye West and Tidal sued – Swedish Dagbladet

In his lawsuit writes Justin Baker-Rhett that he signed a Tidal subscription solely for listening on the West’s latest album, “The life of Pablo,” which Kanye West claimed would never ever going to listen to outside music service.

According to the Baker-Rhett is the West’s statement a marketing ploy to lure millions of subscribers to a Tidal going into economic headwinds. Within a month appeared namely, “The life of Pablo” on the music services Spotify and Apple Music and on Kanye West’s website.

He also opposed to the service user must provide personal information like credit card details.

– You can not fool people to pay money and give private information just to one’s business goes bad, says Baker-Rhetts attorney.

Kanye West and Tidal has not commented on the case.
