EQT to sell Internet Stores – Business World

EQT has hired investment bank William Blair for the sale of Internet Stores behind some 20 e-commerce stores in the Nordic countries and Germany, among others Addnature and Bike Rochester.

The price tag is expected to land around 2 billion and the deal will be completed before the summer.

Online Stores turnover of approximately 1.8 billion Swedish kronor and operating profit is 150 million. In the Nordic countries a turnover of some SEK 400 million and the profit is 30 million.

In addition, EQT so is also Addnatures former owner with the owner of the Internet Tores, including Apoteas founder and CEO Svärdson and Indian’s CEO David Rönnberg. Rönnberg has previously been CEO of both Addnature and Bike Rochester.
