New Study: Coffee may save your liver from alcohol – Cafe

Two cups of coffee a day protects your liver from damage from alcohol. This according to a new study from British Southampton University, Reuters reports. According to scientists, reducing the risk of cirrhosis by 44 percent.

– Cirrhosis can kill you and there is no cure, says Oliver Kennedy behind the study.

In order to arrive at the soothing coffee news, the researchers pooled nine in increases by almost half a million people.

– It is an important discovery that something so cheap and widespread that coffee gives this effect, Kennedy says.
