The Crafoord Prize of the Russian-American – Swedish Dagbladet

Eliashberg is one of the leading mathematicians of our time, according to the Academy’s website.

Among Ford and Kerr’s research, according to the site contributed to increased knowledge of how the universe rotating black hole works.

Eliashberg and Blandford work at Stanford University in California, while Kerr is affiliated to the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

The Crafoord Prize was founded by Anna-Greta and Holger Crafoord fund. It is given annually in one of the disciplines of astronomy and mathematics, geosciences and biosciences.

The prize is six million per price.
