According to Sofie Norrby, development manager for the trail of Skåne Region, it is the first Swedish footpath outside the mountain world which is digitized. Previously it is possible to visit several tourist Swedish Kungsleden, Falun mine, and Kalmar Castle via the computer.
– We have had Skåneleden stretch on our web. But this is in a totally different way. It should for example be able to look around and see how the camp looks like, says Norrby to the newspaper.
The pictures were taken with a so-called trekkerutrustning, a camera with 15 lenses taking pictures every three seconds.
