In the last edition of Office for Windows and OSX, Microsoft invests more on cooperation than the new slick features. Cooperation aims in this case both to make it easy to work together with your colleagues, and that the programs in the package must interact better.

Many features that have long been implemented in the Web version of Office will also finally for desktop users.

In Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote, it is now easy for several people to write simultaneously and see each other’s changes in real time. A functionality already long existed in the browser-based programs.

 Skype for Business is available directly in the various apps, it goes in other words, to chat or to call someone immediately, without leaving the Excel sheet. OneNote should also have the same function at a later time.  Outlook becomes smarter to sort your inbox, and has a faster search function. While Excel 2016, Integrated Power BI functionality, which should result in little sexier tables and graphs.
