H & M and Klarna behind investment in Wrapp – Business World

After Wrapp has put its previous bet with gift cards in app format, and has started a new venture, the company has raised $ 25 million through a new share issue.

New supplements to the ownership list is Klarna now owns 9.5 percent of the company and the H & amp; M which owns 6.4 percent. It writes news website Breakit.

The launch of the new service has pulled something out of time, and the company has previously said that 400 million will be distributed as rewards in the new service.

Furthermore, track Breakit H & amp; M in the fall will attract users to the service by a pledge of SEK 200 bonus on first purchase.
