The error should now be found, and the prognosis is that the system should be running again this morning, according to Helena Esscher. She has not yet received information about what caused the problem but says there is no evidence to suggest that it should act of sabotage. People who tried to contact the insurance agency without success need not worry about payments or certificates. – No one should have to suffer, but of this, she says. During the day, the authority will put out as much information as possible on the website.
