Bernie Ecclestone celebrates Putin: “A nice guy” – Auto Motor & Sport

Soon, the F1 circus to the Russian city of Sochi, and now fits F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone on to praise the President of Russia, and describe him as both “reliable” and “easy to deal with.”

Just a few weeks after that Bernie Ecclestone escaped trial for bribery is F1 boss under fire again. This time, he pays tribute to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The idea is that the F1 circus will take Russian city of Sochi in October, but the event can be threatened by Europe’s sanctions against Russia.

Bernie Ecclestone, however, convinced that the race should be run, despite the crisis in Ukraine and the shooting down of flight MH17.

In an interview with Autoweek fits Bernie Ecclestone on to praise Vladimir Putin to describe him as “a nice guy who is easy to deal with.”

“A super guy. Dependable. He wants to get the race done and he will get it done,” said Bernie Ecclestone to AutoWeek.

I think the F1 race in Sochi will be run as scheduled.
